My name is Candace Navarrete, and I live out in the High Desert of Southern California with my Husband of almost 30 yrs, my daughter,1 sweet dog, and 1 crankly ole cat..LOL I am a self taught artist and am always trying to learn new styles & techniques..for all different mediums. For years I was mostly just a Dollmaker. About 9 yrs ago ,I discovered Gourds & Clay about the same time..LOL.That started a long progression of changes in my work. While I still make a doll here and there, I have mostly worked with clay the last couple years. I love it!
